While there are many quality repair facilities, each AAA–approved auto repair facility is carefully screened and monitored to assure it meets our tough standards and criteria.
AAA Quality Service Award

We are a 4-time AAA Quality Service Award winner for customer satisfaction and service quality.
To win this AAA award a shop must exceed the already stringent Auto Club standards for a consecutive two-year period: no more than one complaint from an Auto Club member, a minimum 99 percent customer satisfaction rating during two consecutive surveys and no facility deficiencies during either of the Auto Club's detailed annual shop inspections or the bimonthly shop reviews.

Each year Motor Age Magazine, a leading automotive magazine, reviews shops from all over the United States. Only 10 shops are selected to be a Top Shop. Our shop was reviewed and we were awarded with the Motor Age Top Shop designation in 2008 & again in 2009.
You can imagine how honored we were to receive this award. There are 10’s of 1,000’s of good auto repair shops in the country. We are very grateful for the industry’s recognition and our award.

Green Station Certification
The Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) has cultivated a partnership with the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC), the agency that regulates the use and recycling of hazardous waste products. This new partnership has given us the opportunity to promote DTSC's voluntary program by which auto repair facilities may become recognized as a "Green Station" if a station meets the DTSC's requirements.
ASE-certified automotive technicians and other service professionals can be identified in several ways. The most obvious is to look for the ASE sign on the facility. Once inside, most establishments proudly display the ASE certificates earned by their technicians in their office or waiting room.
ASE has taken this responsibility one step further by offering a recognition opportunity for highly qualified repair facilities, which allows them to showcase their technicians and their commitment to excellence. It is called the Blue Seal of Excellence Recognition Program. The program’s emphasis is to identify establishments with a large percentage of ASE-certified professionals. It is a recognition program for businesses striving to be the best, and willing to prove their commitment.

The Gold Shield Program is designed to make the Smog Check Program more convenient for consumers. It allows a licensed Smog Check station, that meets higher performance standards to provide a variety of inspection and repair services to California consumers.

We are able to state certify salvaged vehicles and check and sign off fix-it-tickets.
